Warranty and return

Returning goods purchased online from alissa.bg is very easy. It is your legal RIGHT to cancel your online purchase (return form) within 14 days.

If you intend to return a product, you have 14 days to do so without having to explain the reason for the return. Please read the information below to ensure that you have complied with all the terms of return, complete the return application, and send the product to us. It applies to the territory of Bulgaria, both for individuals and for legal entities.

IMPORTANT:
  – The return of purchased items must be in the original packaging and the complete set of the product received, if any.
  – The returned product must be in good condition and with no traces of use.
  – For textiles – the product should not be used, deformed, washed, soiled or otherwise traced.
  – The shipping cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

Non-refundable:

• special orders – customized items that are made according to the individual requirements of the client. In such cases, we will inform you in advance that the goods are a special order and are not subject to return conditions;
• goods with poor appearance and / or visible traces of use
• shipping costs, payment fees and cash on delivery (no refunds for shipping, payment or cash on delivery paid by you at the time of purchase);

In case of returned goods, all paid orders are refunded by bank transfer, except for courier fees. The refund order is refundable within 5 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
