Definitions

“SELLER” is a trader who sells his goods through the online store alissa.bg. The Seller is the person with whom the User enters into a distance sale contract for a specific good (item) in the e-shop.

“USER” is a capable person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in regard to the ordering and purchase of the goods offered through the online store.

“E-SHOP” is the website alissa.bg with the main purpose of selling goods.

BIOLEND is the trade company BIOLEND BG OOD, UIC: 203001198, with headquarters in Varna, Peter Raychev Str., which runs the e-shop and defines these Terms and conditions at which the goods are sold.

BIOLAND BG Ltd. has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site as well as the ways of accessing it.

“ORDER” is a request made by a User to the online store to purchase one or more specific goods (items). The order is packaged and sent by courier to the address specified in the order by the User after being approved by email or telephone.
Submission of orders is only possible after prior approval by telephone. Approval by phone comes after a call from an online store employee for confirmation.

“SALE AGREEMENT” is the distance contract concluded through this e-shop for the sale of goods between Seller and User.

“COURIER” is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to an address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

Users of the system are persons interested in purchasing the items offered by alissa.bg.

In order to buy from the online store alissa.bg, you need to request the order:
– by registration with a password and e-mail (e-mail) or name of the recipient, email, telephone and delivery address.
– by calling and placing an order. In this case, each CLIENT undertakes to accept the Terms and Conditions of use of alissa.bg.

Each user of the system declares and agrees to abide by, accept and not violate the established terms, rules and obligations for the use of the site.

Each customer of the online store agrees to accept, comply with and not violate the terms of use of the site.

As a client of alissa.bg – you declare that you agree to the following conditions: conditions for using the system of alissa.bg; Delivery conditions for the goods; delivery time; Conditions for payment of goods; Terms of Returns.

Terms of use of alissa.bg:

1. You declare that as a user; by registering you agree and accept these rules for use of the services provided by alissa.bg.

5. You are personally responsible for maintaining the password for access to the alissa.bg site as well as for the payments made.
6. You agree that you use the alissa.bg platform solely to buy the goods you want.
7. You will not duplicate any registrations or take advantage of any misuse of the services provided on the site.
8. Upon registration, you accept the established rules for using the services of alissa.bg, such as terms for delivery of ordered goods, terms of delivery, prices of courier fees, as well as conditions for return and claim of goods.
9. You consent to receive the advertising messages specified in the registration email, including newsletters, games and sponsored submissions to site users, agree to use the information or some of the information for marketing and static purposes by alissa.bg , which also means receiving commercial information from alissa.bg at the email address filled in at registration.
10. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, and are solely responsible for their use, and assume responsibility for providing it to a third party.
11. If you find a violation of your right, you have the right to notify alissa.bg.
12. You agree to use the site services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria

Conditions for ordering and delivery of goods:

Orders in the e-shop alissa.bg are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to make an order, each customer must provide: the correct address, contact telephone number, names and valid email.
The order is activated after adding one or more products, pressing a button and confirming the order through the necessary steps incl. choice of delivery and confirmation of payment method.

Upon successful completion of the order, the User receives an e-mail at the email address that he has specified for the order placed. This letter shall indicate the goods ordered, the order number, the date and time at which the order was placed.
Phone confirmation is always made after completion of the order, to specify additional details on order fulfillment.

In case the goods ordered (specific model) are not available, the consultant informs the User.
If the User does not agree to order another product (similar model) or to wait for the model to be reloaded, the order may be canceled.

Working hours of the operators to contact alissa.bg:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30 pm. Holiday days: Saturday and Sunday

Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays, are processed on the first business day.

Orders received without the correct data of the buyer (the User) or with missing data, shall be canceled if the Seller does not receive the correct data within 48 hours after the receipt of the order.
Such orders are given a “REFUSED” status due to their inability to be executed.

Any customer can refuse an order without having to give reasons for the refusal.

Delivery of orders:

Deliveries of orders are made by courier. All ordered goods are delivered by courier to a selected address or courier office. Deliveries are made only after pre-confirmed orders on the contact phone specified by the customer.
Delivery of the ordered goods is not done on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays. The usual delivery hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivering the goods to the specified address within the specified time limit or does not accept the shipment from the courier office to receive the goods within the time limit, if he has chosen this option, the Seller shall be released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery time for the ordered goods is from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the place where the customer is located and the Courier’s schedules for his service, unless another delivery time is mentioned in the item description.
Delivery time may be increased if the order is placed after 4 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as public holidays.
If the item (s) ordered are not available, the customer is informed of the delivery time, which could be extended from 4 to 15 days.

The ordered goods are delivered only in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria from 9 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday, exceptionally and on Saturday until 1:30 pm, depending on the Courier company).

Deliveries are not made during public holidays, weekends.

Shipping fee:

The courier fee is determined according to the tariffs of the selected couriers.

Conditions for Payment of Goods:

Payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods by courier.
Each consumer has the right to examine the goods before the courier before accepting them.

Return Policy:

Any purchased item from alissa.bg, with the exception of custom products made to the individual requirements of the customer, can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returned goods must be undamaged and with preserved commercial appearance.

Each item must be returned with the accompanying payment documents.

The goods (except customized products made according to the individual requirements of the customer) are subject to return, all courier charges are at the expense of the customer. If you send a shipment without paying the courier return fee, it will not be accepted. If you wish, you can use the service of Econt Express – postal mail. In this case, you pay the price of 2.5-3 BGN, but you need to pack and label it yourself.

In case of returned goods, all paid orders are refunded by bank transfer or online payment method (if technically possible), except for courier fees.

Upon cancellation of the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, he shall be reimbursed the amount paid for the returned goods to the bank account specified by him within 5 days after the return of the goods.

Amounts will not be refunded until the Consumer returns the goods. If the goods are not returned within 14 days, the cancellation of the contract does not take effect.

Statement from alissa.bg regarding published products and promotions:

Alissa.bg provides printed goods for sale, thus not violating the established rules of good behavior and the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Alissa.bg, organizes games and promotions for the exhibited goods.

Duties and responsibilities of alissa.bg:

* alissa.bg is responsible for keeping up-to-date prices of all products on the site.
* alissa.bg is obliged to serve every customer correctly who has placed an order within the day.
* alissa.bg has the obligation to call every customer to confirm the delivery of the product.
* alissa.bg has no obligation to guarantee that by purchasing any product displayed on the site, users will satisfy specific needs.
* alissa.bg reserves the right to refuse or postpone orders made by users of the site, in case the goods are not available and cannot be delivered within the agreed time and time.
* alissa.bg is under no obligation to store indefinitely any information about published products.
* alissa.bg may remove, update all products on the site, and delete and update these Terms at any time.
* alissa.bg is not responsible for damages and damages as a result of the goods provided and used by the consumers who have purchased them.
